1. Acceptance of Terms
By using TRAILTECH Monitor, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Access is granted by TRAILTECH LIMITED and requires approval by an administrator.
2. Service Description
TRAILTECH Monitor is a remote monitoring dashboard for WiseEye's HuntControl platform. It retrieves camera telemetry data from HuntControl, provides alert notifications, and generates fleet status reports. The service is provided as a subscription to customers.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use TRAILTECH Monitor only for lawful purposes and only in connection with your own camera systems. You must not share your login credentials, attempt to access other users' data, or use the service in any way that could harm the system or other users.
4. Service Availability
TRAILTECH Monitor is provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance windows may occur. Alert delivery depends on third-party services (email, Teams) that may have their own availability constraints.
5. Limitation of Liability
TRAILTECH Monitor is a supplementary monitoring tool and is not a substitute for physical inspection of your camera systems. TRAILTECH LIMITED is not liable for any losses arising from missed alerts, incorrect data, or service unavailability. Use the service at your own risk.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Use a strong, unique password and keep your email account secure, as it is used for two-factor authentication. Notify [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
7. Changes to Terms
